Continuous lubrication of solid oil bearings reduces maintenance and is especially suited for high humidity, heavy pollution, dust, debris, and applications with harsh requirements for clean environments. Bearings using solid oil are lifetime lubricated and cannot be replenished.

The solid oil injects the polymer material into the bearing in the form of mold. The polymer material absorbs the saturated lubricating oil, and the polymer material forms a very small gap around the rolling elements, retainers and raceways, so that the bearing can rotate freely.

The polymer material of solid oil has a porous structure with millions of fine pores inside, which can lock the lubricating oil in the polymer material through surface tension, filling almost all the free space inside the bearing, releasing the lubricating oil into very small clearance during operation, providing effective micro-lubrication.
